Import matches

Match URLs import a single scorecard. Grade URLs import the whole season — every completed match not already in the DB — and the grade is then kept up to date automatically by the weekly cricket:update run. CricHeroes tournament URLs import every completed match of the tournament; CricHeroes scorecard URLs import that one match. Bulk imports can take several minutes.
