Too many aerial dismissals
4 of 5 dismissals caught. Review shot selection — particularly lofted drives and pulls early in the innings. Train hitting along the ground until set.
Strengths
- ✓ Safe hands — 6 catches in 6 matches (1.00 per match), a genuine selection asset.
How these ratings are calculated
- Overall
- Weighted blend of the disciplines: Fielding 54 × 40% · Batting 48 × 30% · Bowling not rated (weight redistributed). Unrated disciplines are dropped and the remaining weights rescaled, so a non-bowler is not punished for not bowling.
- Level
- ×0.70 for the level played (1st grade 2 · 2nd grade 3). The same score is worth more in harder cricket.
- Form
- Rated on the last 5 matches since 28 Oct 2024. Older cricket still shows in the career figures but does not count.
- Fielding
- Keeping: 5 catches + 0 stumpings + 3 run outs (0 direct, 3 assisted) in 6 matches — 1.33 dismissals per match.
- Batting
- 100 runs in 5 innings, adjusted average 20.0, strike rate 73.6. Qualifies on the floors (avg ≥ 20, SR ≥ 40).
